With a rich background in education and training, Aaron Corria has been a pivotal force at Rebel Lion Advertising for over a year. As our Business Development Director, he's not only known for crafting transformative communication strategies but also for establishing influential collaborations. His notable partnerships include Cardiff City FC, LINKS Recruitment, and KIA. Aaron's passion is unmistakable, as he continually seeks to unearth potential in people, communities, and brands, aiming to create impactful communication strategies that shape future outcomes

Jamie's journey in the creative realm began at the age of 14, and he's been telling stories professionally for over 30 years. With a rich background as an editor, senior editor, content director, and now Creative Director, Jamie brings a wealth of experience to Rebel Lion Advertising. His expertise lies in creative and brand strategy, and he excels in crafting narratives that resonate with specific audiences. Leading the creative direction for all our clients, including Tiger Fuel, CodeBeam, Cardiff City, Bit58, Mrs Buckét, Sony, KIA, Marshall Arts, and many more, Jamie ensures that every brand's story is told with purpose at Rebel Lion.

Jonathan is an exceptional art director, designer, conceptualiser, and storyteller with 25 years of experience. He has worked with an impressive array of clients across multiple sectors and channels, including giants like Suzuki, McDonald’s, Cineworld, Hasbro (My Little Pony, Nerf, Transformers), BT, Post Office, and Molson Coors (Carling, Grolsch) – to name but a few. His unparalleled expertise and creative vision will be pivotal as we embark on this exciting new chapter in Manchester.

James joined our team in June 2023 as our Business Development Manager. With an impressive 11 years of experience in digital marketing and a Masters degree in Media, James is a true expert in his field. His exceptional work ethic and relentless drive to meet targets make him a standout team member. James brings his high energy and positive attitude to every project, making him an invaluable asset to the Rebel Lion Advertising team.

Nick Hutchinson is not just an Art Director; he's a creative maestro with a career that has seen him shape narratives from Cardiff to London and beyond. With over 13 years in the creative arena, Nick's journey has been nothing short of illustrious. He's been the creative genius behind corporate, political, and social campaigns that have touched every corner of the globe. Whether it's animation, videography, motion graphics, or branding, Nick's expertise is vast and varied. His deep understanding of creative strategy, brand development, and visual output has been instrumental in crafting campaigns for powerhouses like Brexit, Sky, Disney, and Cardiff City. At Rebel Lion, alongside Jamie, Nick leads the creative output, ensuring that every campaign not only resonates but also leaves an indelible mark.

Tim's 22 years of boardroom experience and his entrepreneurial spirit have been instrumental in elevating Rebel Lion's strategic vision and market position. His expertise in deal-making, corporate structuring, and governance, along with his role as a board & strategy advisor, significantly amplifies our brand's competitive edge. Since its inception, Tim's alliance with Rebel Lion continues to foster innovation and sustainable growth, embodying the essence of our progressive ethos.

Beginning her career with a background in Fine Art, Naomi has over 9 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise lies in crafting compelling brand narratives and implementing strategic initiatives to drive brand growth and recognition. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, she is dedicated to delivering impactful results and driving success for all brands within the JFi Group.

With an MBA and CIMA certification, and over 15 years of PQE, Paul joins us as our Finance Manager. Paul brings a unique background, having worked in cooling technology, supplying vaccine refrigerators to countries in need, including India, Pakistan, and Cuba, in partnership with UNICEF, WHO, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and others. With his extensive expertise, Paul is primed to lead our Finance Department.

Dan is more than just a Content Producer; he's a visual storyteller. With a portfolio boasting collaborations with Mentor A Busness, Tiger Fuel, Cardiff City, Bit58, and Sony, Dan's prowess in videography and photography is evident. His meticulous attention to composition, color, and edit sets him apart. An avid outdoor enthusiast, his drone captures breathtaking landscapes, making his Instagram feed a visual treat reminiscent of a National Geographic gallery.

Vikky's journey in graphic art is like a kaleidoscope – ever-changing, always surprising. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design, she’s mastered the art of communicating brand stories in visually stunning ways. Think of her as a creative alchemist who transforms basic concepts into gold!

Joining us in February 2024, Dan brings with him a wealth of experience in the digital marketing industry. Having worked in marketing on both agency side and in-house, Dan delivers effective campaigns that convert into exceptional results for clients. When he’s not being a strategic thinker with a determined focus on ROI, you’ll mostly find him playing football.

Ross has over 20+ years of production experience and knows how to take a vision to tv reality. Immersed in the advertising space, he’s an industrious force to make brands stand alone.

Alfie joins us with 1.5 years of industry experience and has had the opportunity to work with prominent companies such as Nextbase, Smoothskin, and Dyson. He has also collaborated with Gfuel and various online streamers and YouTubers. Alfie specialises in Cinema4D and After Effects, bringing a blend of technical skill and creative flair to his projects. When he's not crafting show-stopping visuals, Alfie enjoys playing football and learning new songs on the piano and guitar.

Charlotte Friis brings a first-class master's degree in Marketing from Cardiff University and two years of experience at the sports brand Rhino to her role at Rebel Lion Agency. With expertise in SEO and email marketing, she also holds an undergraduate degree in Theatre Studies and Drama. Her passion for history and theatre enhances her creative approach, making her a valuable asset to our team and clients.

Millie is a standout member of the inaugural cohort of our Resistance Academy. Her exceptional social media skills impressed us all, and she'll now be putting them to good use working as part of The Resistance Agency team. We love the energy Millie brings to the office, and we can’t wait to see her bring our clients' socials to life!

Eugene was an integral member of the inaugural cohort at our Resistance Academy. His next-level videography skills have consistently impressed us, and he has excelled from day one. Eugene has truly earned his mane, and we are thrilled to welcome him as our new Content Producer. He'll also be working as part of the Resistance Agency, the creative agency run by Gen Z, for Gen Z.

With blended experience in social media management and graphic design, Joe understands the qualities that contribute towards making great content and can capitalise on them. The majority of Joe's past work has been involved in sports, working with several teams across the country to create beautiful content that drives engagement. Joe brings an eye for detail to Rebel Lion, ensuring that audiences interact with meaningful content that leaves a lasting impression.

With over six years of expertise in media buying and digital performance, Oliver Moktar brings a wealth of experience to Rebel Lion Advertising. Armed with a degree in Politics & Communication, Oliver began his career as a graduate, managing radio and print media buys. His journey soon led him to specialise in Paid Social and PPC, where he played a pivotal role in numerous high-impact campaigns for UK government clients, including the Department for Transport, Home Office, Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022, and Gamble Aware. His experience extends beyond media buying to encompass technical implementation and creative consultancy, with a strong emphasis on audience engagement and experience.

As a professional with a background in both legal and operational roles, Jason has developed a diverse skill set that spans multiple industries. During his time as a Trainee Solicitor, he gained extensive experience in Family Law, Public Child Care, and Criminal Law, where he was involved in case preparation, client advocacy, and county court representation. This legal foundation sharpened his skills in litigation, legal research, and client relations. In addition to his legal expertise, Jason served as Sales and Operations Manager at a manufacturing company where he was responsible for sales, client relations, and comprehensive reporting. He also created several technology-driven solutions to streamline operations, including automation for stock control and purchase orders, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy. His combined experience in law and business operations allows him to bring a unique, solution-oriented approach to his role at Rebel Lion Advertising.

Elisabeth Rilatt joins us as our new Agency Growth Manager, bringing with her a unique and diverse blend of over 15 years of experience across recruitment, business development, client account management, and more. Her career has seen her excel in both agency and in-house settings, where she has successfully recruited for a wide range of clients on both a national and international scale, particularly in marketing, sales, and tech-related roles. Elisabeth's skill set goes beyond recruitment. She has a strong background in PR, copywriting, and content creation, making her a well-rounded professional capable of driving our agency's growth and success.

Georgia is currently working towards her degree in Media Communications at Bath Spa University, where she has developed a strong passion for exploring communication strategies and the power of storytelling in engaging audiences. Her academic studies are complemented by practical experience in social media management, giving her hands-on skills in content creation, audience engagement, and the critical use of analytics to measure success.
